Ranger
This is the traditional freelance option. You tap me in when you want to share an adventure. Otherwise, we each tread our own paths.
Ranger journeys are billed hourly and at a premium, but it is perfect for one-off projects and sage counsel at critical junctures.
Guide
This is freelance work with a longer time commitment. With this approach, I become a member of your fellowship, with set hours weekly or monthly.
Guide partnerships are billed monthly, with a discount due to the commitment (minimum 6 months) that comes with this type of partnership. This arrangement is ideal for implementing new systems and adding new reporting/insight workflows into your marketing processes.
Leader
This is a fractional leader scenario. In this partnership, I become an ongoing member of your leadership team, driving towards specific initiatives or goals. It is similar to having a full-time employee, except you only pay for 1-3 days a week and save yourself all the HR hassles.
Leader partnerships are billed monthly based on a day rate, with a discount due to the commitment. This arrangement is a great way to infuse leadership and new skills into your marketing function, without shouldering the full cost of a new employee.
